Nail Training Courses
Many students ask us whether they should study gel nails or acrylic nails. Our recommendation is that those of you who want to become expert nail technicians should take both courses. This will enable you to offer both nail choices to your clients. We advise you to take the Acrylic Course first as acrylic is more difficult to master than gel. This is because gel is self levelling, which reduces the amount of work a nail technician has to do.
For those interested in offering an artificial nail treatment to their clients, yet are not fixed in the choice of system they would like to offer; we would recommend the Gel Course. This is simply because it’s an easier skill to learn.
At
Basic Nail Courses run for 4 days. Four hrs a day { euros 320.00}
At the Basic Nail Course, for both Acrylic and Gel, you will master the following techniques:
- General health and treatment of hands and nails
- The Anatomy of the Nail
- Study of damaged nails
- Nail Infections and how to recognise them, how to treat them
- Hygiene
- Creation of Natural Look & French Manicure Look
- Nail Extensions by using Nail Tips
- Refill Techniques
- Extension & Repair of nails by use of Forms - Sculptured Nails
We then advise our students to practice the skills they have learnt and return to
Advanced Nail Courses run for 3 days over the course of a month...Four hrs a day {euros 240.00}
At the Advanced Nail Course you will master the following techniques:
- Creation of Permanent Colour Look
- Extension & Repair of nails by use of Forms
- Repair of broken/split nails with silk/fibreglass
- Specific Tips for Nail Biters
- Trouble Shooting: this gives all students the opportunity to learn from each other and their tutor. Any difficulties they have come up against while developing their skills as a nail technician will be addressed during this training course
- Introduction to Design Course/Nail Art Course.
Acrylic Nails

Our Acrylic Nail Course is extremely popular and are ideal for part-time or full-time professionals seeking a fast-track career in the nail industry. All the skills needed to get started in the nail industry is covered on this nail courses.

- Acrylic Nail Course Advanced...3 days
Course Duration
These courses are run over 3/4 Days (depending on which course) . Students will be required to provide a model for the final day of their course where they will be examined on their techniques.

Gel Nails
Course Description
Our Gel Nail Course is extremely popular and are ideal for part-time or full-time professionals seeking a fast-track career in the nail industry. All the skills needed to get started in the nail industry is covered on these nail courses.
Gel is a one-part system consisting of the application of a thick, self -levelling gel. Gel is normally 'cured' under a UV light. Gel Nails tend to be an easier skill to master, they are more flexible than Acrylic Nails and therefore can feel more comfortable when worn.
